How to get to Koh Chang by Bus

From Bangkok

 

1) Bus station Ekamai Bus Terminal is the main terminal for the Eastern Province. Located in the Ekamai on Sukhumvit Road, which is also easily accessible from the BTS Skytrain station. Air-conditioned and regular buses depart almost every hour, as specified in the timetable here. The journey takes about 5,5 hours to the ferry pier.

 

2) Bus station Northern Bus Terminal (New Orchid) is the second option. Located in New Morchid of Kampaeng Petch Road. Air-conditioned buses leave as stated in the timetable.. The journey takes approx also 5,5 hours to the ferrry pier.

If you will use regular bus service, then please note, that you will need to buy ticket for the ferry from ferry pier where bus arrives to Koh Chang island.
